The draft Planning Agreement relates to a Development Application (D22-528) that was approved by the Council on 21 January 2025 for concrete works at 19L and 20L Sheraton Road Dubbo. The draft Planning Agreement and Explanatory Note are currently on public exhibition until 9am, Monday 23 June 2025.
