ANZAC DAY ROAD CLOSURES BALLIMORE ROAD RECONSTRUCTION Council is currently undertaking road reconstruction of Ballimore Road, which includes upgrading the surface from gravel to bitumen seal. Dubbo Regional Council, in pursuance of the Roads (General) Regulation 2018, hereby gives notice that several roads will be closed to all vehicular traffic (authorised vehicles excepted) on Friday 25 April 2025. Closures will be occurring in Dubbo, Wellington, and Stuart Town. Specific closure details can be viewed at www.dubbo.nsw.gov.au/anzac. The purpose of the road closures is to permit the Dubbo and Wellington RSL Sub Branches and Stuart Town Anzac Day Committee to stage their ANZAC DAY MARCH. Motorists are advised that those vehicles parked within the nominated streets will not be able to be moved until the roads are opened. For any enquiries, residents are encouraged to contact Council's Corporate Governance team on 6801 4000. PUBLIC NOTICE APRIL LONG WEEKEND CLOSURES Council will be closed from 5pm, Thursday 17 April 2025, and reopen at 9am, on Tuesday 22 April 2025, for the Easter long weekend. Council will also close at 5pm on Thursday 24 April and reopen on Monday 28 April for the Anzac Day long weekend. Key services will remain operational during the closure.
