A Planning Proposal has been lodged on behalf of Spicers Creek Wind Farm Pty Ltd for the south-eastern corner of Keswick Estate (approximately 10 hectares of land at part Lot 101 DP1301426). The Planning Proposal will amend the Dubbo Regional Local Environmental Plan 2022 by rezoning the subject land from R2 Low Density Residential to R1 General Residential; and removing the existing 600 square metres Minimum Lot Size provisions from the subject land.
