The Planning Proposal will amend the Dubbo Regional Local Environmental Plan 2022 by rezoning the subject land from R2 Low Density Residential to R1 General Residential; and removing the existing 600 square metres Minimum Lot Size provisions from the subject land. The Planning Proposal is on exhibition from Saturday 29 March 2025 until 9am, Monday 5 May 2025.
