PUBLIC EXHIBITION OF DRAFT DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN DCP24-001 - TIGER MOTH ESTATE - 38 HIGH STREET DUBBO Council is preparing a draft Development Control Plan to guide further development at 38 High Street, Dubbo. The draft DCP incorporates the following components, and complements the provisions of the existing Dubbo DCP 2013: Residential development design. The draft DCP is on public exhibition until 9am, Friday 7 February 2025.
