Crossfit Dubbo was founded in 2011 by Duncan Stephens, a farmer and father of two girls who had a passion for fitness. Dunc successfully operated Crossfit Dubbo for 11 years. Over this time he successfully trained competitive athletes and provided a space for everyday people to improve their health.
