About
Dubbo Regional Council proudly presents the 2023 DREAM Festival; a month-long, multi-sensory festival celebrating the City’s sense of community, culture and energy. The City’s flagship event, DREAM Lanterns will be held in Victoria Park on 9 September and will include stage entertainment, roving performers, children's activities, market stalls and interactive family entertainment. In the weeks leading up to the event, children from local schools participate in lantern making workshops. At 7pm a street parade will travel along Talbragar Street into Victoria Park featuring the children and their proudly-crafted lanterns.
